Our staff of AAADM Certified Inspectors ensures compliance with the latest safety guidelines, ANSI A156-10. This national consensus standard defines and governs requirements for pedestrian automatic door systems.
All of the product lines that Southern Ohio Controls handles comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These products comply with the requirements of ANSI A156-19 for power assist and low energy power operated doors.

Pete Nicolaou founded Southern Ohio Door Controls in 1983 with the drive to offer customers quality automatic and manual door repair service and installation at competitive prices.
Today, Southern Ohio Door Controls' experienced staff continues to grow. It is complemented by a fleet of service and installation vehicles while providing same-day service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
